Stuck Studying

It stinks being in this beautiful country and having to attend 4 hours of class everyday. I would rather being enjoying the food, culture, language, and land out and about in the cities than spending it in a classroom. I wish we could have toured Spain and learned the history that way. Experiences are much more powerful than lecutres. But it is how it is. Luckily my wonderful Spanish teacher from back home (sarcasm), has decided we have to turn in seperate papers to him every week dealing with research. Even less time to spend site-seeing. I was having such a great time...maybe it´s just a bad day. I ate gaspacho last night which was delicious! Carmina is a great cook and she is quite funny. Oh and I can´t forget to mention the sunburn starting on my scalp and back (even with the gallons of sunscreen I am applying to by body every day). I´m just hoping it will turn into a beautiful tan.
